Senior Advertising Manager

Orca Pacific, A MightyHive Company, is a full-service digital agency, with an exclusive focus on brands that sell and advertise on Amazon. We are looking for a Senior Advertising Manager who demonstrates a high degree of ownership, strong work ethic, digital marketing capabilities, and openness to new ideas and practices.

The Sr. Advertising Manager’s primary responsibility is to work with a set of clients to create, manage, optimize, and report on marketing campaigns by utilizing Amazon Sponsored Ads and the Amazon Demand Side Platform. In this role, you will work directly with a variety of companies across different product categories and play a major role in driving sales and enhancing brand awareness on Amazon.   • Own Amazon search and display (DSP/OTT) performance advertising for an assigned set of clients
  • Amazon Performance Advertising experience with knowledge of developing strategic full funnel strategies to grow brands on the Marketplace
  • Create, implement, manage, and report on advertising strategies that aligns with client goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize performance for the client’s Amazon business
  • Proactively researches industry trends and best practices and communicates internally to knowledge share
  • Engage frequently and professionally with clients via email, phone, and in-person
  • Strategic thinking, flawless execution, and insightful data analysis to identify areas of opportunity and deliver sales-driving initiatives
  • Utilize Amazon Attribution and Amazon Marketing Cloud to gain additional insights to increase performance
  • Mentor more Junior Advertising Managers with the latest features and trends from Amazon Advertising

  • 3+ years’ experience with Amazon digital advertising; with an emphasis on paid search and display advertising
  • Strong client-facing experience
  • Agency experience with a focus on Amazon programmatic display advertising and Amazon search
  • Excellent attention to detail and accomplished verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and strategic capabilities
  • Multitasking with the ability to organize projects and establish priorities
  • Adept at learning new software programs and tools


  • Amazon advertising accreditation at the date of hire or commitment for accreditation within 30 days of hire
  • Advanced understanding of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with Amazon SaaS Advertising Technologies
  • 2+ years of e-commerce advertising experience
