Commerce Project Manager

Orca Pacific is looking for an A player to fill an Enterprise level Commerce Project Manager position specific to Amazon and other eCommerce platforms within our commerce division. This is a complex, fast paced and rewarding position in a fast growth company. You will be working with an industry leading, full-service global agency with an exclusive focus on Amazon and other global eCommerce platforms. This will require the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with various parties involved in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Project management and tracking of enterprise level brands
- Coordination and gathering of information of various team players
- Client facing communications and detailed organization
- Provide excellent prioritization and time management
- Create Project roadmaps and discovery templates
- Management of day to day projects with stakeholders and other resources
- Client engagement success management
- Provide support and maintenance of key enterprise ecommerce projects
- Provide support on other various enterprise projects as directed
- Up to 20% travel may be required
Required Experience:
- Excellent general computer skills
- Experienced in project management software
- eCommerce digital content, advertising and operational knowledge and experience
- Amazon and eCommerce knowledge and experience
- Digital commerce customer journey understanding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail
- Must be comfortable with change and ambiguity
- A strong client service mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage many ongoing projects at once
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivation with the ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Global team player working with multiple regions
- Ability to assume responsibility and work independently with little or no supervision
- Adept at learning new software programs and tools

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with a consumer goods manufacturer
- Experience with a major brick and mortar and/or online retailer
- Project management for a creative content, advertising, operations or digital commerce agency
