Associate Account Manager
Job Description
Orca Pacific is looking for A-players to fill an Account Manager I position specific to Amazon. This is a complex, fast-paced, and rewarding position in a growing digital marketing services company. You will be working with an industry-leading, full-service agency with an exclusive focus on Amazon. This will require the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with various parties involved in a complex and rapidly changing environment.

We’ve mastered the platform and help our clients do the same through Amazon consulting and management services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and support Account Management (AM) team on the maintenance of clients’ vendor and seller accounts, including catalog and content updates, site merchandising, and accuracy of data
- Manage the build out of new products for clients in Vendor and Seller central
- Create and review client reporting along with miscellaneous client deliverables
- Track progress and coordinate updates with AM team on any ongoing projects and client deliverables
- Manage the communication with internal teams on deadlines and client needs
- Support AM team with case log management and assist in troubleshooting any issues with Amazon support teams
- Support AM on creating advertising/promotional strategies and growth plans to deliver strong results for our clients’ Amazon business

Essential Skills:
- Excellent computer skill that includes proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google suite

Desired Experience:
- Experience with a consumer goods manufacturer
- Experience with a major brick and mortar and/or online retailer
- Account management for a creative or service agency
- Experience working for, or partnering with Amazon
- Online sales and marketing
